Meet Megan and Craig

Craig and Megan Powell are the co-founders of 14er Capital, LLC located in Colorado. 

Craig has been actively investing in real estate since 2018 through home flipping, buying, and holding single and multifamily properties.

Megan is a licensed CO agent actively helping many other retail and investor clients buy and sell as well. 

Megan & Craig’s love of taking outdated and distressed properties and making them beautiful homes for families has been the foundation of their successful flipping business which has done over 7 million dollars worth of sales.
