Meet the Founders
Megan and Craig Powell are the founders of 14er Capital, LLC located in Colorado.
Meet Megan
Megan has been actively investing in real estate since 2018 through home flipping, buying, and holding single and multifamily properties. Megan is a licensed CO agent actively helping many other retail and investor clients buy and sell as well.
Megan’s expertise in large capital and project management stems from over 14 years in the oil and gas sector both as an engineer and project manager for multi-million dollar projects. Her attention to detail, safety, and time management have translated seamlessly to the real estate sector.
Meet Craig
Craig has been actively investing in real estate since 2018 through home flipping, buying, and holding single and multifamily properties. Craig is a professional engineer with a keen eye for detail, analysis, and project flow. He managed several large development projects in oil and gas before becoming a full-time real estate investor. In their flipping business, Craig has managed different contractors to coordinate rehabs between several trades. The experiences of managing large budgets, complex construction details, and coordinating various contractors translate seamlessly into value add multifamily projects.
Why Did We start 14er Capital?
Megan & Craig’s love of taking outdated and distressed properties and making them beautiful homes for families has been the foundation of their successful flipping business which has done over 7 million dollars worth of sales. They started investing in multifamily apartments and have grown their portfolio to over 190 doors in Colorado, North Carolia, and Oklahoma.
Megan and Craig have been married for 8 years, and have two beautiful children Bristol and Cade. Everything they do is to build a legacy of generosity, integrity, and helping others. It is a small token of their gratitude towards God and the blessings he has bestowed on them. They enjoy serving others through their church, non-profits, and their community. They look forward to paying it forward by helping others achieve financial freedom through real estate.

Pili Yarusi
Jason & Pili are a husband and wife team who owns Yarusi Holdings, a multifamily investment firm that has acquired over 1,900 units and $190 million in real estate assets since their founding in 2016. Yarusi Holdings operates primarily in the the Southeast, repositioning properties through operational efficiencies, moderate to extensive renovations, and rebranding. Jason & Pili also host the Multifamily Live podcast, which provides actionable tools and content to help others strengthen their multifamily businesses. Their Multifamily Live Club has over 3,100 members who focus on real estate syndication and multifamily investing. They train others to follow the successful formula they have developed to generate positive investor returns by building better communities. The 7 Figure Multifamily Mastermind group provides mentorship, deal reviews, financial analysis, and investment opportunities to 14er Capital. In addition to their successful businesses, Jason & Pili are the parents to three young children and one English bulldog. And a chat with Pili is always incomplete without a big “ALOHA!”
